Emerge OD Consultants Ltd has been trading since 2004. Established by Ian Perry following a 19 year career working at a Senior Management level in blue chip Companies in Production Management, HR, and Change Management in the pharmaceutical and healthcare, automotive and aerospace sectors.

Emerge OD operates as an associate model, using only accredited associates who have at least 15 years senior experience in Management and Learning and Development roles.

We take our own development seriously continuously increasing our own skills and expertise by gaining accreditation in new product areas, regular networking and membership of professional bodies such as CIPD and the CBI.
