Hogan Development Survey (HDS) 'dark side'

The Hogan Dark Side survey (HDS) measures enduring personality qualities that can cause derailment of executives, interfering with professional success and relationships at work. It examines the “dark side” of our personality - the extreme behaviour we exhibit in reaction to certain situations. Often people are unaware of these tendencies which come out under pressure.

The Hogan Dark Side survey is a tool that enables executives to appreciate their strengths, but also how they might “overplay” these strengths such that they are expressed as dark side behaviour. Often a quality that helped you attain a position can also lead to a downfall if not properly managed.

The Hogan Dark Side survey provides an advanced starting point for coaching giving a real sense of focus.
