About Me

Calm, unflappable, insightful, tenacious.

Regarded as being fluent and knowledgeable in the area of senior executive coaching and coaching teams, I bring a range of personal qualities, that include warmth and enthusiasm; resourcefulness and a focus on possibilities; being a catalyst for change and having a passion for doing things differently!

In 2004 I moved into the leadership and management development sector after 16 years in operations management and internal consultancy.  I am now focussing the business on senior executive coaching and coaching teams as this is what I am most passionate about.  I think it offers the ideal solution to many professional development needs.

I value the role that psychometrics play in coaching; providing an objective way of raising self-awareness.  I am accredited to use a variety of reliable psychometric tools including MBTI Step II and Hogan 'dark side'.  This wide range enables me to select the most appropriate tool for the coachee.  Click here to discover the tools that I use.

I trained at Ashridge Business School and am a member of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  In line with best practice, I undergo regular coaching supervision which I use to evaluate my approach to coaching, thereby continually improving my service.

Membership of the CBI, IoD and Chamber of Commerce enables me to network with decision makers and keeps me up to date with current business issues and trends.
